The Snapshot: Say Cheese

While innocently wandering the streets of Soho I was suddenly approached by a girl with a camera.  Before getting a visual I wasn't too pleased at the thought of being bothered by a potential mugger/salesman/beggar but I unwillingly turned around.  Instead of a threat, some twenty-something year old girl asked to take a picture of us interns.  How nice :)

Take a look!

(Sorry I couldn't upload the actual picture to the blog...)

The Snapshot: Let's Get Baked

While walking the streets of Soho I almost missed a tiny, inconspicuous shop but I'm so glad the smell of freshly baked cupcakes caught my attention.  Baked by Melissa is an adorable shop that sell mini cupcakes, your choice of three for $3.  And these weren't no ordinary baked good, this was the melt in your mouth kind of delicacy that you don't want to stop eating...good thing my wallet refrained me from having to go up two pant sizes.

The Snapshot: He's Got Game

This man is the ultimate golfer.  He proceded to impale nearly a dozen mini milk cartons with a golf club, aiming to reach the garbage can (look at the man in stripes ridiculously holding his arms up).  Though it took me awhile to finally figure out what exactly he was doing, it caught my attention long enough to make me take a quick pic.

He made his second to last carton in the trash, as for the other ones, I supposed he was fined for littering (NOT, have you seen what the streets in a city look like?) Eerily enough, you can't see his golf club while he's swinging, it must be moving at the speed of light.
